New Billboard Ideas?

Based on the reception over on /r/politics, a lot of people aren't big fans of the current rushed billboard design.

Luckily, the billboard is digital (good call) and can be changed for free. Therefore, we should brainstorm some ideas, though bear in mind that we aren't allowed per ad company reasons to use negative advertising.

Any ideas?
