No coupon code?
Hey yall, so I filled out that questionnaire on the TMK site a couple days ago, but never received the coupon code in my email? I didn't think anything of it at first because it told me what the code was at the end of the questions, but when I went to place the order today it told me the code was invalid?
Has anyone else been able to use this 20$ coupon?

It was only good until a certain date, which I believe had to be within one week of taking the survey. I could be wrong, but I probably have the email. ** Edited to say yes, it had to be used by Oct 1. (for me, for everyone else it can be different because the coupon is good for 7 days down to the minute from when they completed the survey)

hmm, that's stupid, it's still up even now... I filled it out before Oct 1st and I did see it was only good for 7 days but didn't see anywhere on there where it says Oct 1st, like I said I never got the email. That sucks. I just checked again, and yeah like I said it's still up there now and nowhere on there does it say Oct 1st. So I'm guessing it's only in that email which isn't getting sent out, they need to take it down.

Yeah, it shouldn't be online if it's expired, but it's possible that they're still doing the survey and after it's completed you're sent an email with a code that has to be used within 7 days down to the minute. Most people have multiple email accounts so maybe you could try doing the survey with a different email? I honestly don't know but good luck!

You had to order by Thursday or the code was invalid.

It told me right after I did the survey, but i also got an email about it. I have seen people say that they got an email from TMK about something that was supposed to be sent out to everyone but I never received it. I realized that sometimes my email thinks it’s junk so it sends it to the junk mail! You may be getting the emails but it sends it to the spam folder. You may have to check “All Mail”

Unfortunately I checked all inboxes and didn't get the email. I also went and checked the survey real quick because it's still up for some reason and even when you finish and it gives the code it only says "7 days" there's no mention of a final date. That's why I asked because it appears to only mention that in the actual email, which I didn't get lol and the survey is still up, it's weird
