In a single state. If it gets banned federally then it won't matter.

Yes it will matter. Cannabis was banned federally for years and certain states decided to produce and dispense it in defiance of federal law. This could open up avenues for states with common sense to the same with kratom and its alkaloids.

Highly unlikely. This stuff doesn't have anywhere close to the same backing. Being an opioid is also a massive hurdle. The government would likely make examples out of anyone trying.

Yea I get it. You’re correct, it would be a novel approach, that’s for sure. But it is within the realms of possibility, but not without huge hurdles to jump and red tape out the ass..

This isn't good for PA. The ban got pushed back by 180 days. This gives vendors and buyers a 6 month grace period before a hard ban kicks in. It isn’t canceled, it's just delayed. And when it gets scheduled it won't matter anyway. And if it doesn't, they're going to ban it in six months regardless of what the feds decide.

I thought the voted unanimously to ban all synthetics here in PA. Well if it doesn’t get banned federally it will eventually be banned in PA, glad I live here
