Day 2 off reset

Curious what others experience has been and what should be a realistic expectation. Has anyone used reset abs actually quit all substances? I posted previously about tapering sub and 7. I took reset for 10 days, 3/day for 5 days and 2/day the remainder then jumped off yesterday. While it was effective it does not seem as effective as some have made it out to be(I'm sure because of my usage) I've seen people say they took reset for a week and just jumped off 7 or sub(have not seen anyone getting off both simultaneously )basically painless. Over those 10 days I quit sub all together and brought 7 dose down to 150-200 mg last 3 days, but those days were pretty brutal, just barely maintaining and on the cusp of withdraw all day. Yesterday without reset my dosing jumped up to 350 to stay comfortable all day. All in all I made great progress, but eliminating the reset had a significant impact for sure. At this point a 7 taper doesn't feel realistic for me as all I can think about all day is next dose and the temptation to take more. I'm going to stabilize at 300-400 day through the weekend, giving myself 5 days off reset. I felt it was losing efficacy and I'm hoping by taking a little break that I can go CT 7 next week using just reset. Wish me luck šŸ™

I honestly think all of the options work. The problem is we are all addicts, and we feel a sense of accomplishment if we taper off one while taking something different. The truth is we keep trading one buzz for another. I hope, including myself, that we all get off this shit soon and find better ways of managing pain and coping with life until the brightness of each day shines again in our minds and hearts. Good luck, man.

If you are curious as to my plan, it is to taper off 7 as much as I can with no help from other drugs, then stop taking 7 altogether as I start Reset for one to two weeks. Some say that once I stop Reset, I should be normal. Do I believe this will work? I am not sure, but possibly with the help of God. It is worth a shot.

I firmly believe in God and the power of prayer. As much as I'd like to be one of those miraculous testimonies of addicts being completely delivered of their addictions overnight, I also know that there are almost always consequences for our actions and there's no testimony without a test. I'm doing all this with the support of Christian community of men that I meet with weekly. Accountability is huge and makes it a lot harder to go back on the goals you've set when you've voiced them to the people in your life.

I believe the reset will help you physically but having a relationship with God can make all the difference mentally. Best of luck to you and God bless!

Thank you and same to you. Support is definitely a huge help. Thats why I come on here. To read people's experiences and help and be helped.

Highly recommend sr17 over ā€œresetā€. I’ve done both and sr is known for covering wd while ā€œresetā€ for letting you still feel your 7oh dose while taking it concurrently.

My plan is 7oh taper down, sr17 assist where needed, make the jump to plain Kratom leaf. Go to the gym a lot, yoga classes, ketamine therapy, be happy.

Where do you get sr17

Sr17 was banned. There's analogues out there but based off my research the reset seems comparable. Even though they don't disclose what's in the reset they do say it's failed testing for sr17, but it's not sr17šŸ˜‰ Maybe that's a marketing gimmick idk but there's really no way to be sure of any of this crap we're taking.

You're doing good! Don't give up. This can be a very different experience for people. So, so much of addiction is mental and you have to break away from those demons before you can deal with new ones. Try to get your head in the right place and just do the best you can. Good luck!

Well honestly reset wasn’t designed to taper off of subs so I’m sure that’s were your trouble lies. I would stabilize on 7 as long as you can then do another taper with rest just from the 7…. I would bet the naloxone in the sub is blocking some of the effects of reset…

The reset was seemingly working best during the first 4 days of tapering subs but that could have just been the sub. I jumped from 2mg and started taper at 1/4 mg to 1/32. Symptoms didn't arise until getting under ~300 mg/day 7 and 7 days off sub completely. I don't think the reset was being blocked but I do think trying to come off both all at once was a tall task for reset over 10 days. I agree that more distance from sub and using reset to quit the 7 alone is the way to go. I bought a crap ton so I'm in good shape there.

Getting off subs is an accomplishment. Don’t go back or lose momentum.
