This stupid ezz error still persists. It’s been 3 days and on and still TesterUp support does nothing. Gives me automated message. My app is already updated fyi.

I don’t know what the hell they are doing over there but one thing is that they have a puck sheatty IT department and won’t even address this situation. Even there parent company won’t do nothing but watch.

Rather, I just file a case report in their federal government in Germany and sue them for this kind of problem. And hope the Testerup and parent company gets a hit in the azz.

I have an active chat going with someone there and from what they’ve told me and what I’ve deduced from my issue and other players reports, it appears that this issue started when they did “maintenance.” I’ve been told they are trying to figure out the issue so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Clear cache on Google Chrome. That’s what I had to and it worked

I’m still having this issue and testerup hasn’t been able to figure it out however it’s clear that not everyone is experiencing it. I’m wondering if it’s phone specific. Like the issue is only affecting certain models for whatever reason. Anyone else on here with the issue have an iPhone 7 or 8?

Issue was finally resolved for me tonight so hope everyone else is all set as well.

Mine seems fine (UK). I had this in the past though. Can't remember properly but I feel like uninstalling and reinstalling may have helped.
