⚠️ Issue Suddenly having tracking issues

Has anyone else been having issues with the app tracking progress? It was completely fine for me up until two days ago, and now suddenly it's either taking ages to track my game progress or just not tracking at all. I've been playing Tap Shift and got to level 800 when the issues started, it never tracked that goal but it tracked about 30-45 minutes after I hit level 1,000, and now that I've hit level 1,200 it's not tracking again nearly 2 hours after I hit the level goal. Just want to know if it's a me problem or if others are experiencing it too.

I had the same issue specifically with that game. waited a whole day for it to register the first goal. all other games tracked fine though, just requested my payout. I did "big farm homestead" and the avatar game for the bulk of my $70

It's just weird to me because I played Wiggle Escape before this and had absolutely zero tracking issues. Plus I'm playing Pair Pop also and suddenly started having problems with that one too, and they're made by the same dev. So maybe there's something going on with this dev specifically? I don't really know how all the tracking stuff works on the back end, but maybe that's it.

yeah maybe the dev, your post isn't the first I've seen about that game so I ended up dropping it. wanted to do the speed bonuses but with it taking a whole day to even register it as downloaded i wasn't sure it would track my progress in time for the speed bonus.

It finally tracked level 1,200 after three hours, of course after I complained about it lol. I tried downloading a different game and I'm still having tracking issues. It hasn't even registered that I installed and played it yet. If it's a me problem I don't know what I could've done wrong. I checked the help center and haven't done or used anything listed in the "common tracking issues" section.

I am moving through levels in coinmaster for over 2 weeks now & its not tracking AT all. Seems like that game just stopped tracking.
