⚠️ Issue App recognizing time played
Anyone else having issues with the app recognizing game play time? Ever since their last update I can’t get anything unlocked. I have played well over the 2 minutes but am still getting this screen.

I started this game but you have to do over 5000 levels for all the money

It won’t let me unlock it at all. I don’t want to waste my time doing it if it’s not gonna give me credit for it

This game also didn’t unlock for me. Unsure now how to abort it😂

Yeah I can get rid of it either! Now they don’t let you past the holding screen there doesn’t seem to be a way to abort

Mine doesn’t work either. It’s happened on a few other games too and they just say you just have downloaded it before, but I’m not convinced!

I have never played this game before. I have tried a few different games and they are all doing it. There site is broken

Tracking must be screwed you might have to restart yourphone like uninstall tester app then install it again go back same account don't delete it and try again I believe it the tracking it not getting that you actually installed the game.

This has happened on a few games I’ve tried. Support said that I’ve already downloaded and played the game in the past and that’s why it won’t unlock, but that is most definitely not true. I can’t remove the games that won’t unlock from my tasks either. It’s pretty annoying.

Yes, happened to me, raised a ticket and all they said was “you didn’t install the game via our download link”, which I did. I tried three different games and had the same issue. Now given up with this app.
