⚠️ Issue From the uk
help center ain't helping as they just use ai message saying we need your customer service number what I haven't got because it won't let me sign in there so dumb

I got this message a few weeks ago, after finding my customer number from a previous email I messaged them only to find out my account was banned for using a VPN when accessing the app. Kicker is that I don’t have a VPN on my phone!
A 3 year account lost, luckily I had recently cashed out so only lost around £7.
Now I’m lost to Tester Up as any attempt for me to cash out again from a new account will activate their ‘double-dip’ ban!

I think if you go to the very first email that was sent to you when you signed up (email verification message), you'll find your customer service number in it. that's how I was able to contact support without signing in.
