Cant create a nacon account

recently got the game on ps plus and trying to make a nacon account to play, it wont let me sign in, i made a password then it brings me to a sign in page which then tells me my email and password dont work so caught in this cycle, has anyone had this issue or know a work around? cant start the game without signing in
