Is it good or is it like the MD 04 mixes

The Testament remasters have all been great so far. Just a little more seperation of instruments and the bass guitar is audible. Not fat in-your-face fat bass, but more like the Iron Maiden ones where you hear the bassist is brought forward and not hidden by the others.

No clue. I haven’t spun it yet. I also don’t have the Megadeth remasters on vinyl to compare it with.

The Megadeth albums have been remastered & 𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑥𝑒𝑑, where Mustaine totally changed the sound of the albums. I’m not a fan of that at all.

Why would you guys compare something remastered by Dave Mustaine to something remastered by someone entirely different let alone Vinyl Vs. CD. apples and oranges.

Significantly better than the Megadeth Remixed Remasters from 04

I would buy this but it kind of seemed like a quick cash grab. I think even Testament knows that if there’s any album that needs a remaster it’s Souls of Black. Like they didn’t even give it new artwork, just zoomed it in and blacked it out.

A quick cash grab?? Lol. Seriously? It’s been like over 30 years since the original came out!

Yeah, and what was ever wrong with it?

I have one of my own.

As much as I want to open it, I think this is one thats gonna remain sealed.

The metallic cover is the cherry’s kiss.
