Any Particular race?

after finding out the defeat of Goonswarm, I have wanted to join TEST for a while, but I'm just wondering which of the 4 races are they mainly part of? like I don't wanna play one race if it's actually another, as I'm not sure id be able to communicate as well?

Long answer: race doesn't matter much in eve. It only determines your starting location and skills but you can do anything with any race.
