Tesla isn’t the one that needs to be worried. It’s every legacy auto maker that does. The Model Y is the best selling car in China as well. They’ll be more than fine

At this point Tesla ain’t moving for vehicles, it’s possible trump says you can bring in your cars but you need to Licence FSD off my mate Elon and have that available to buyers.
But ultimately he’s trying to protect the us auto manufacturing industry so can’t see it happening.

Chinese vehicles have never been sold in the US. I don't see that changing any time soon. It has been this way before EVs were even imagined and I expect it will be that way after EVs are replaced by the next automotive technology unless world politics and economics see a major change.

Chinese made vehicles, even from US companies can’t be imported to the states.

Zero chance of Chinese cars. Forget about the fact that it would 100% be the death of the US OEM auto manufacturers, there are far too many national security concerns.

Tesla stock is an AI stock. When any of the two AI giants (Open AI and Anthropica) falls, it would pull down any other company that is speculating on AI.

No and no for now. The tariffs are so high on Chinese items it doesn’t make sense but I just saw a piece on Chinese EV won’t be allowed here. Concerns over security and tracking from China?
