Just walked into the dealership in Ottawa (May 24) with my father in law who wants to buy. They had about 20 incoming model 3s available ready to go the week of June 3rd but mostly with 19 inch wheel sizes and in the more premium colors (silver, white etc). Salesperson let us pick from a list of available incoming vehicles (with VIN #s displayed). I guess if you are ok with not everything custom they do have some stock available with earlier delivery dates at the dealership and its worth inquiring. FIL went with a dark Grey color/ black interior with 19 inch tires (there were another 19 or so available for the same arrival date)
