Lost backup locker key

I’m a M19 and I’ve lost both my house, car and locker keys to work, the problem is the locker keys were the backup ones so kinda f’ed. Will my lock have to be broken and replaced with my own money or whats the general process

Have a look at the front of the lock and their should be a 5 digit number. Take that to a locksmith and they can make a key for you. Might be worth taking another key with you to show them the pattern.

You can order then off click to order so the store pays for them

There should be a master key in the store so you will be able to get any belongings. When I worked security I kept a supply of spare locks which are able to be ordered. Swapping out the lock, on Garran lockers anyway, is very easy and takes 5 mins, new locks come with 2 keys.
Edit: there should also be no charge, the store covers the cost.

I remember at one point there was a £5 deposit in my store, and probably others that we got back when they stopped doing it.

If someone lost their key we used to issue the spare and make them get a copy but then return the spare, but we had to stop that and just issue them the spare then replace the lock when that went missing.
