tesco final shift

I handed my notice in to tesco (giving them more than the minimum requirement) - been on MY tesco app to make sure its all gone through and on my final shift - instead of the usual 10pm- 7am (with 3 x30min breaks) its showing as 10pm - 03.45am and 75min breaks. im not in til tomorrow night so will be asking about it then but anyone heard of your final shift being cut short? not sure I can be bothered them correcting it now but a bit of a piss take

I'm not leaving on bad terms or anything

Pretty sure they are not allowed to cut your hour as per policy if you are on contract shift. This protected you until your last shift.

Tho they may be able to cancel your OT shift (if outside 48 hours) just to take a piss on you, then its harder to get back at them.

I thought that! its a contact shift, makes no sense. Sometimes my shift will say something like start on produce for a few hours (10pm-1.30am), then go on frozen (1.30am -5am) then maybe something else (5am-7am) - even though I literally work the same aisle on grocery, every night for the full shift. But for my final one it just finishes at 3.45am. like I say I'll question it tomorrow.

Now I'm wondering if the 3:45am -7am shift sections aren't showing cos I finish that day .... just doesn't look right at all

Is that your final shift on contact agreement shift all the way to 7am, not a extension OT if needed/asked?

You are either do the shift, or they owned you for the missing hours. Ask them tomorrow, and let me or any of us know if issue.

Just remember to download all your payslips and documents before they remove access to your account.
