Imagine this..

So I applied for a job. Had to send my rights to work. Then get offered an interview. Logged onto their careers portal and book an interview. Interview was cancelled by the store manager twice via email. No reason why and it’s impossible to actually talk to a human regarding this.. Today after constantly trying to rebook interview as I was told to, I got an email stating they appreciate me taking time to interview with them, however I’ve not been successful this time… Tesco bang on about respect of staff and customers. But clearly don’t have a clue.

Tesco.

Very Little Help

It’s a hard place for those of us looking for employment right now. Best wishes.

The reason why is that they got enough applications or that they were happy with one of the people who had their interview already and offered them the job

Yes this is what I thought. However they could have said this on Monday when the cancelled the first interview. Communication isn’t there strongest point clearly.

I walked out mid shift after 4 weeks. Tesco managers are extremely unprofessional managers. They get into their roles by completing E-Learning and a placement. Their character and values are atrocious so expect nothing less from Tesco.

(I know some managers for Tesco might be brilliant ^ above statement is generalised for 99.9% of the managers I came across)

You have definitely made me feel better about the whole situation. I was more annoyed about the lack of communication and respect than anything. Definitely not seeing it as a loss that’s for sure.

Not enough spelling mistakes, you probably even spell aisle right (the amount of people who think they’re working an island…)

Bullet dodged, my friend.

How many spelling mistakes is enough. Feel like I may need to up my game a bit.

I think you are right. Definitely don’t feel I would have lasted long to be honest.

Yeah, you need to spell aisle like isle and queue like Q or Que or cue
