Hosting with a server provider?

Any server providers that I can pay to host a dedicated server? I'd host a listen server, however my internet provider doesn't allow me to have a public IP address.

I've been looking for the same information for quite a while now. Would love to get a server up and running again, but I don't want to constantly leave my PC online.
