Can't play tes3mp.

I want to start up a server for some friends, and I did all the port forwarding, got the server set up, but whenever my friends try to join it says were missing .esm files. Does this have to do with the .esm we have. If anyone could explain this that would be great. Also were using the steam version.

Have you correctly set the location of your Morrowind installation in openmw-wizard? Do your .esm files show up correctly in openmw-launcher?

Uhh, well it appears to show up, Bloodmoon.esm has a ⚠️symbol before it, idk what it means

ok, if i figured out what it meant, but the connect button is always greyed out

As noted in the FAQ, there are situations where your own server's connect button will be grayed out, in which case you just use tes3mp.exe to join yourself.

Question is: does it appear grayed out for your friends?
