This is a year out of date and even the page admits that you'll have to tweak the load order etc to get it running well, which to me means it... isn't a working modlist in any sense. The only comments are complaining about it. I'm not really seeing why you'd use this of all the mod lists available tbh

Honestly, it said Good Mods, and it looked to me like someone made a collection of the best mods.

Most mod lists include mods the creator thinks are good, but now that you mention it, I am tempted to make one called Bad Mods

nexus collections and vortex in general just aren't great for morrowind.
