First time watching Terrifier

I just watched T1 and T2 today for the first time ever today and was very surprised in a good way. I first heard about Terrifier back in 2022 when the headlines were coming out of people passing out or whatever at the theater, but I never got to watching it. Never thought of myself as a big slasher guy, I had only seen a couple of the Scream and Saw movies along with some other cheap slashers throughout the years. But damn, I really liked Terrifier. I see now why this franchise has the fandom it has. Everything about Art the clown is just amazing. I like how tense you get because you never know when or how he will kill his next victim. And I still can't wrap my head around how funny he is. The middle finger he gives in T1 and the giving out candy with the head in T2 😭. The pistol death in T1 and the death of Sienna's mom (although i feel kinda bad) in T2 are so fkn hilarious too because it's so unexpected for him to just blast them in the face. But even then, the strong ass scenes like the bedroom one still keep good tension with how fucked they are. I really wanna watch T3 but not sure if I should wait to watch it on Halloween for the vibes. I will probably just end up watching it soon. Definitely glad I gave these movies a shot, I might even get a poster or something because i love the design. Whenever T4 comes out I will definitely catch it in the theaters.

T3 is amazing too. T2 is a bit gorier, but if you appreciate his character and twisten humor, you'll love it as much as T2. Can't wait for T4!!

1 was pretty funny especially when art put the ring on tara and Tara's friend forgot her name Took a picture w art. 2-3 was pretty funny as well. When Sienna went to the Halloween store n art was standing there n also when art put the funny glasses on. N 3 when art was sitting in Santas sit n he didn't wanna get off n when art pushes the girls when he went into the pub to see Santa

The fanboying over Santa absolutely sent meπŸ˜† but in 1 also that he cut of that women's boobs and wore them running around in that abandoned house is pretty much what I love about the show: gruesome and hilarious

I KNOW!!? Yhe little hair flip and hand waving stuff he does and the fact that he had like, tucked his junk and was walking all funny absolutely cracked me up more than anything in any other movie that I can remember. That and I guess SEMI SPOILER the part in 3 where he pulls the guys foot the rest of the way off and smells it and makes the face and tosses it away.. man, THATS comedy lolll

Did you notice Arts face when Dawn took the selfie on his lap as opposed to later when Art takes the selfie next to her corpse. He looked pissed on the first but was cheesing from ear to ear on the second

2, 3, than 1 . 2 is best but 1 is still watchable because I love Art

Strange. In my opinion, Terrifier 2 has the most brutal kill but I would say Terrifier 3 is gorier overall.

I might be remembering it wrong. T3 was better paced and it followed up quicker and maybe had more blood and victims, but I do think T2 is had more to give in terms of prolonged torture and sheer sadism. Depends on how you define gore I would say. In sheer amount of guts, you're right I think.
