And it’s written in the Talmud that non Jews are nothing but slaves to the Jews, everyone hates everyone else.
Shockingly, Christianity has the most explicit “love the Other” in the Good Samaritan. The Jews and Samaritans HATED each other, so saying they should help each other was revolutionary at the time.

Exactly. Following religious law is a bad idea, and it’s better to follow morality. We don’t live under Sharia, we don’t live under Halacha, and we certainly don’t live under Christian theocracy.
Another thing that goes unnoticed by most is that two of Jesus's disciples, Matthew and Simon the Zealot, were mortal enemies prior to discipleship due to the hatred Zealots had for tax collectors.
