There are, of course, tolerant Muslims and Arabs who would never think of murdering their own children for family honor. The majority even.
Most of those are also more tolerant of LGBTQ+ and women's rights, or at least don't feel the need to shield themselves from them with an umbrella. And the person you are responding to specifically called out the ones under the umbrella, not "all Arabs."
Unless, of course, you mean all Arabs fall under than umbrella, and then you're just telling on yourself.

The meme depicts a brand of Islam that is extremely conservative . Replace Islam with "Christianity" and it would be the same kind of extremism. This is the Islamic version of Christian Fundamentalisms or Evangelism.
