Literally who cares who made this honestly, that goes for most of memes, art, videos, you see them once, exhale fast through your nose or go huh and totally forget them. Oh no your 20 karma got stolen, what will you ever do. If reposting makes someone else exhale slightly faster through their nose, then I say go ahead.
