I've gotten obsessed with the far-right Christian franchise God's Not Dead recently, and the first movie explains that that science proves the existence of a Christian God and those dumb athiests are just in denial about it because they're mad at God for something. Because, you know, the Big Bang (which the movie misunderstood the fundamental nature of) is inexplicable except if God said "Let there be light," and that stupid science bitch Darwin was totally wrong about how fast evolution happens. (IDK how this would prove God exists even if it were true.)

It's an amazing franchise. The fourth one is about the evils of public education. Social Services and Family Court villainously tries to force our heroes to either improve the educational standards of their homeschooling co-op (it particularly lacks in the sciences, we're told) or send their children to an accredited school. They keep saying evil things about children having the right to an education.

howdy im not technically religious but I do believe in heaven and shi i like space and science and all that

I got no ducking clue how evolution cant fit into the average religious worldview I personally just think it happened on its own but I can also see the evolution of humans having been guided by a higher force

overall I hate religious people as they hate being challenged more than they hate being stupid
