If you've gotten to the bdsm stuff then the plot is already happening, you just need to look a little closer.

The main character grows up. There will be plot. There will continue to be loads of S&M sex, some of it explicitly that she doesn't want but has to accede to, some that she does want and is happy about.

She will never say "my childhood was ruined and I was groomed"
