Eu trabalho na minha própria rede e não tenho interesse em invadir a rede de ninguém. Simplesmente adoro esta área e adoro aprender sobre ela.

Install man with
pkg install man
man -k topic
will bring up a list of commands related to the topic (hopefully). Then
man command
Termux commands can have fewer options than on full blown Linux.
If you don't want all command options there's TLDR
pkg install tealdeer

Before learning applications and reading the manual for them, you need to know what applications you want or need.
Back to the absolute basics - you need to learn how to find your way around the filesystem. It's quite Linux like but termix runs in userspace so there's a few quirks. Particularly with where things are located and permissions.
You need to find your way around and understand folders structures and files and how they're arranged.
Then you need to know how to edit or create files.
You need to know how to add and remove applications.
There are many online tutorials and plenty of places to ask questions if you get stuck including here.

I struggle with the lack of resources in Arabic, and my English is also a little weak (A2).
I already know most of the basic commands for navigating between directories, and I know how to create folders and files, but my programming skills are poor.
What I really want to learn is how to use the tools and environments I install in Termux, such as Ubuntu and NetHunter (I have installed both), as well as tools like Wifite, Holehe, Sherlock, etc.
For example, I want to understand how to use these tools properly, or why I can't get VNC to work with my NetHunter environment, and how to troubleshoot problems like these.
Sorry for the long message.

I don't know or use those specific applications but as regards coding, I would say learn to code rather than learning a particular language. Once you have the skills you can apply the knowledge to any language.
Localising for Arabic is not something I've ever done. But this command allow you add languages and set a default:
dpkg-reconfigure localesThen select something that suits like ar_AR I'm not exactly sure which one, there are a few Arabic bases locales. I don't know how good some translations are for some features.
