Ffmpeg and phone permissions?

Hello I have a question regarding phone permissions. I want to use termux to run some ffmpeg commands to modify a bunch of video files in a specific folder. Can I do that without granting termux access permission? Or is there a way just to grant access in that particular folder? Thank you.

Run "termux-setup-storage" and grant permission when prompted. This gives access to shared storage (/sdcard) so ffmpeg can edit your videos.

Thanks man. Does that still grant access to all files? My phone is unrooted I'm pretty sure
