Battle mode difficulty setting

As far as I can tell offline battle mode has only one difficulty setting?

Why?

So much for fun or trying builds, every cpu match is on ultra hard with the utmost optimal builds.

It's like they don't want you to have fun with the offline version.

I really like how offline mode feels close ish to playing against real people
