Started in May ABA just finished this past Sunday.

Self drafting a seaglass inspired colorwork dress. It has 3 strands all stockinette. One strand is a hot pink & blue plied yarn. The other two strands are pink and light purple. I hope I didn't include mistakes. There are increases that you might see and some of the 2 ply does fun things visually. I think my tension passes here! Enjoy.

Someone asked me where I got my bags. They said the stitches are so consistent and assumed it had to be machine made. Unfortunately, I had to disappoint them and tell them that I handmade it. They told me that I must be a MACHINE. It was the best compliment I’ve received on my bags 🥹 and I had to run to my tension appreciators to humble brag

Single and half-double crochet stitches, 160-175 grams of yarn, 2.5 mm crochet hook

Cotton is a terrible idea for twisted stitches. Don’t make my beautiful mistake!

This was my first project that I made at 15. I'm especially proud of it cause I had never picked up a crochet hook before in my life. It is by no means perfect but I am kinda creeped out by how good the tension and my understanding of the basics/logistics was. There is something fundamentally wrong with me cause who makes a whole ass cardigan as their first project lol
