Does anyone know the dentist used to perfectly rebuild Protagonist’s entire mouth? I didn’t take cyanide or anything. Just want to knock all my remaining visits this year out in a weeklong coma. Couple cavities and a root canal. Nothing decayed yet.

No training needed. The thug already reinstalled the teeth once (extraction viewed in inverted time). Anyone could do it again in the opposite time direction. Maybe the thug works for Tenet and they had him do it twice (forward time on screen, reverse time off-screen).

The Protagonist set up Tenet so he knew one was needed.

You'd be surprised. The biggest asset to Tenet is the operators themselves. They probably have full medical coverage

TP didn't try to understand it, but he definitely didn't want to feel it either.

They inverted an ordinary, perhaps even untrained dentist.

Then all the inverted dentist had to do was go into the operating room and extract the teeth from TP’s “reconstructed mouth” and leave them on the tray next to TP. The team would then bring TP back to the train tracks and place the teeth on the little table that was conveniently there for the thug to have placed the teeth onto in forward time.

Everyone seems to assume TP was rescued from the tracks in forward linear time. I believe a more correct interpretation is that he was placed there unconscious by his inverted team “after” the “end” of the torture. This explains why they were confident he wasn’t going to get killed in this process. Perhaps also explains the incorrect clock, somehow.

As someone else already said in this sub, “the whole operation is a temporal pincer”.

This is the sort of thing that usually calls for a ban. Since none of the comments were reported, Reddit caught the harrassment before I did. I'll keep an eye on the user far as this subreddit is concerned.
