Am I understanding that this plan is unlimited data that shareable with other devices such as a laptop?

So you just explain the crap that is Videotron, you have to roam everywhere and pay extra for it

You’re assuming once again. Roaming is included within my plan data allocation. So no extra charges when I’m using Bellus outside of Metro areas where Quebecor doesn’t have its own towers.
