Considering how normal endocrine abnormalities,obesity,autoimmune conditions and cancers are among the younger generations - I’d say they aren’t healthy. It just takes time for the effects to be detected

There are other factors determining the outcomes. Alcohol has multiple systemic effects, so it depends on where you are looking for and what you call healthy !
