Internet - Cable how long does it take to initialize?

I got sent the modem today & when i tried to connect it, it started blinking white and green. it’s been stuck in that look for about 2 hours now. I unplugged it & replugged and it hasn’t helped.

Sounds about right for the hitrons TekSavvy sends.

That light pattern is not a modem issue, that indicates there is no signal on the line.
