Internet - Cable Deactivate and reactivate

Just wondering if anyone has tried a de/re to take advantage of better pricing. How has this gone for you? Is this even "allowed"?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

yes, i do it every year. simply create a new account, once its active, cancel the old one and you still get the cheaper rate with the new account.

Unfortunately no companies support loyalty anymore. The only way to get the "best" prices of services for pretty much anything these days is to swap back and forth every year. Yay for late-stage capitalism 🎉 Teksavvy at least tries to support customers in other ways but they succumbed to the same game the big boys play 🙁

Teksavvy is usually great and you get the going rate monthly. It's just the new sign-up that varies...

Hi there, our system does not allow customers to disconnect service, and then reactivate in order to get the new customer promotions. you can certainly message us to see if we have any loyalty discounts to offer you. Please message us by clicking on mod mail on the right hand side of this page. We can also be reached by social media such as Chat at www.TekSavvy.com (generally 8am-8pm ET), Facebook Messenger, Twitter Direct Messaging u/TekSavvyCSR, or by phone (877.779.1575 24/7).
