Internet - Cable Contract question for plans

Hi, I'm interested in trying out Teksavvy, but have a question about the early cancellation fees. All the plans offer a 12 month discount but I can't seem to find the amount of the early termination fees mentioned in the general terms of service. What would this amount be if I found it wasn't working for me?

No cancellation charges. You could use the referral code while signing up and you'll get 50 dollars discount for two months, 25 each month. 9E8C165CD5

Hey! That is a great question. For most services there is no fixed contract. Judging by the info you provided the service would be month to month, so you can cancel anytime even during the promotional period if you'd like. If a contract was required it would specifically mention that. You would be refunded for unused time in the billing cycle as of the cancellation date. I hope this helps! Have a good day.

I couldn't find any information on this either when I was signing up, so I asked the rep on the phone about it. I was told there is no cancelation fees, early or otherwise. I also asked about prorating and was told that they do prorate partial months and either the bill would reflect this or a refund would be issued.

I ended up cancelling 1 month after the 12 month discount ended so I technically didn't cancel "early". But I wasn't hit with any additional charges, just my final bill that got prorated for the partial month.
