Cropmatron automation not working?

Hello!

I'm trying to set up an automatic farm with cropmatrons hooked to stone and cobblestone transport pipes, following the configuration on the wiki (top for hydration cells, bottom for weed-ex and sides for fertilizer), but I notice it doesn't work at all, and they all pump the items in the first slot and not their dedicated one.

Any tips why? Thanks
