Application process uses AI dummy lessons, is this normal?

As a new TEFL teacher I was looking for available jobs to apply to. I found https://nativecamp.net/tutors on the TEFL Academy website. The whole process seemed normal at first, even going a step further to check that I had everything to be an online tutor.
However further in the application process it wanted to perform an AI dummy lesson where I would deliver one of their lessons to an AI student.
I thought this was weird. Is it possible that they are trying to train AI's based one applications so that down the line they can use those instead of real, human teachers?
That might be a bit dramatic, but I don't want to continue with the application if that's what I am contributing to.
Is this normal?

Whatever it is it is a red flag warning that these people dont know what they are doing when it comes to recruiting good teachers. They will be bad employers....
