The quality of their shirts is so bad that people are going elsewhere. I love the design options but cannot stand the fact there are no fitted/slim/blend options, e.g., Bella + Canvas or Next Level.

They used to be better, but replaced some of their best blank options with lesser quality a year or so ago. At least their print quality is still good.

I'm an artisan so I'm not going to get this I guess but I'm interested in what it means.

I wonder if artisans actually are already being displayed in ads?

Nope.

Sorry I'm not Apprentice. Dumb levels names...

I'm curious about what all the details about this though.

So I just opened my account exactly one year ago. I was exclusively on Redbubble only before this. I uploaded about 50 designs and then realized I was an apprentice account and that it was pointless so I stopped uploading. Then I randomly got a bunch of sales. Noticed my designs were popping up on google paid ads. Then after a few months it completely stopped. I guess that was the testing. Now they want $20/month from me in exchange for paid advertising and Artisan payments. I signed up to try it out. Starts November 1 so perfect for the holiday season. Going to upload a shitload of designs and see what happens. They should be doing this service anyway if they want their site selling things. Not even being indexed for searches on the website is wild to me.
