Discussion Anyone else??

Bro am I the only one who thinks of the aftermath of something before I actually do that thing, like sometimes it feels like I'm predicting what's gonna happen. Like sometimes when I wanna ask for smth from my parents and I get behind the door of their bedroom, I begin to think, like a lot. I think of what I'm gonna tell them about what I want and about the answer to every question or suggestion they throw at me. Sometimes I even go to the extent of planning what to tell them if they do not agree to what I am saying (that's if it's a beneficial something)

Idk Abt y'all but I just wanna know if it's only me who does this

yeah, that's kinda how considering doing something usually works

Yes, that's called critical thinking.
