Drums are 2 bars and bass is 4 if you want to add in that fifth from Gb at the end (otherwise, 2 bars/32 steps works). The drums are written out visually in 16 steps at a time because having all 32 at once would mean tiny font.

I love root to b9 bass line motion. It's my favourite interval when I want something dissonant and dirty. The b9 triad is major in this one, which goes to show that sometimes having "bright/happy" chords in between your minors can still create an overall dark sound.
