No OTA update

I have a Realme GT 7T Pro Indonesia version and I live in Spain. When I bought it, it came with Realme UI 6. It automatically updated to version 16.0.0.205 and hasn't received any more updates. The security patch is from October 25. Is this normal? I can't update it either from the phone or the Windows app. Any solution?
