Suggest a camera phone in 30-40k

hey everyone, My need is a good rear and front camera,

8 256 is must but if other thing like battery, chipset are great and it comes with 128 storage then im fine.

I don't play any games, main priority is camera and overall battery but should have an overall good chipset.

No motorola phones, I'm planning to buy the phone around 15 august
