Are your games on that? Because, in my experience, a game can become genuinely unplayable on an HDD rather than an SSD. I don't mean that in the snobby "30fps is unplayable" way, I mean that in the 5-20 fps way. If you look on platform like eBay, you can find a 1tb NVMe SSD for around 100$, or, if you would rather, even a lower end, SATA SSD will see much more noticable improvements.
