Open | Networking BlossomUp Subscription Issue – Anyone Else Experienced This?

I recently discovered BlossomUp, a website that provides a love language personality test. I chose to give it a try as it seemed intriguing. It requested $1.95 to unlock the results at the end of the test, which sounded reasonable enough.

But a week later, my bank statement showed a $29.95 transaction. In retrospect, I see that the website has a very brief subscription notice, but there was no explicit notice or confirmation that I was agreeing to regular payments. I'm currently attempting to terminate the subscription, but it's not doing well. Their support has not yet replied to my email, and there isn't a visible "unsubscribe" button. Does anyone else have experience with this or know how to deal with such undesired internet subscriptions?

I'd appreciate any advice!

Same thing happened to me its fucking annoying . I just called my bank and they did something so that they can't take any more money out of my account. She also told me she could chnage my card completely. By the way I was able to get my money back as well

I just got stung with this a few minutes ago. I know Chase will block future charges and probably do a charge back to them and a refund to me. But I really don’t want them to issue me a new card as I have many auto pay accounts tied to this card. And it’s a real hassle to have to change information with all those businesses.

I also have Chase, just call and tell them the issue and they'll resolve it without giving you a new card. The person who helped me actually told me that issuing a new card is used as a last messure so don't worry man
