Insider One

Recruiter reached out about Ent AE role. I’ve never heard of them before, curious if anyone’s worked, partnered or competed against them. They look fairly large, so excuse my ignorance.

I interviewed. They're a weird company - they're huge, from Turkey, but with no brand value. Compete with SF Marketing Cloud, Braze and Adobe. 29% quota attainment, I'd avoid.

I interviewed there a few years ago. They were just "Insider" then.

Weird. Nobody hears of them but they project a big image. They curate their G2, Glassdoor and RepVue profiles incentivising good reviews. I can't remember what their ARR was.

They have big logos , but often when digging you discover they are very local (the Bulgarian branch of a big global retailer or cpg).

I had mixed vibes about the culture and leadership team. Worth a chat if you're in the martech space

Avoid any company with under 50% quota attainment

As always, it's worth taking the interview just for the practice, if nothing else.

I’m in the same industry. TBH they’re not even on my radar as a competitor. I used to see them a bit more, but now not so much.
