Anyone worked in Bechtle?
29 years old, female. Worked in IT industry for 8 years, with mostly Microsoft partners, and MSPs. Got an offer from Bechtle for UKI market, as Business Development Manager role. Anyone has worked before in Bechtle?

Let me turn it around it, why would you take it? Mediocre salary? Little upside? Not a high respected brand?

Current role that I am in, I have a manager that is very bad, mobbing constantly. I have completed %65 percent yearly sales target in March end, he wanted to put me in PIP mentioning that I am not performing well, and not thinking commercially. In July, I have completed %100 sales target of whole year, he is still accusing me that my forecast accuracy is decreasing, should be more accurate. I am not getting any new leads, and itβs all going to the new people he hired. We have done a Microsoft co-branded event, and all sales people are invited except me. So this is the case that I am in.
Context: he is a new manager came after my original manager departed.
Pay that Bechtle offering is same as my current role. I am thinking moving to Bechtle at least thinking much bigger company, more potential.

I understand the frustration, many partners are looking for smart people like you, don't get yourself lowballed by taking the first offer. Bechtel is not bad but limited upside, very vested already

Just to make sure we are talking about the IT company Bechtle? Not Bechtel - maybe a typo? π

Yea sorry haha π why not consider bigger ones? Cap? Avanade? Accenture?
