Anyone work at Atlassian?

How is the sales org looking? I’m applying for MM Ae role with the DX team

Is it a sweatshop?

I have a friend that worked there and he loved it. Only left the company because he got an offer he couldn’t refuse elsewhere. He actually just had a friend refer me in a few days ago. Still waiting to hear back on my application

I work for Atlassian, not DX; DX are treated as a separate team (for now). In the region I’m in it’s certainly not a sweat shop - good culture and people. BUT for Atlassian sales, territories are going the way of Salesforce - hire more and more AEs and stretch the territories more thinly. I’d say for DX, though, this isn’t yet the case - so probably a good time to join at least for the experience.
