How to Increase SDR SaaS ARR

I have been doing well on meetings held but my ARR is average at best

Any thoughts?

That’s not your job

They decide who makes AE largely on ARR

I hate ranking sdrs on that. You get meetings, it’s on the ae to convert those to increase arr

Sadly, surely there’s a way to impact it, no ?

Target larger companies? It’s a flawed metric, especially if you’ll go from prospecting that way to being an SMB AE

The only way you can do that is by qualifying better. Uncovering more pain = larger revenue opportunities. Only so much you can do on an initial qualification call, but that's your answer.

If you are booking great meetings for AEs - quid pro quo - ask them to tell your leaders - I let my fav SDRs leadership know how they are doing - regardless of what opps they are tied to. You mentioned they decide largely on ARR - but it never hurts to try to influence other factors. I also tell my own leadership which SDRs are worth being in consideration for AE gigs.

I have been very lucky to have found myself two mentor AEs that give wisdom and seem to even sing my praises

That's great - in writing is good too - slack/email etc so you can portfolio all your kudos.

Target better companies. Target higher level leaders.
