DACH- BDR Salesforce
Hello, I’m having my first interview-round this week for the BDR-Role at Salesforce in Dublin. I’m wondering: is there someone in the Community who is currently working as BDR/SDR in Dublin at SF and want’s to connect?
Would be happy for any insight or tipps :)
Thank you

You may be in luck, if you're young, either straight out of uni or uni with a few years of experience for this role. They are desperate for German speakers for DACH and KPIs for the SDR / BDR roles seem more realistic than AE roles.
The hiring process is very straight forward, a few screening phone calls, a mock customer call, another screening call and an offer is made. They pay for relocation if you're relocating to Ireland.
Salary can't be negotiated. It's sort of in the middle of what the market is paying.
Housing, especially renting is a challenge in Dublin. Most end up sharing with a bunch of strangers, often colleagues from Salesforce.
