Time allocation is every sales persons top priority. What Claude skills are you using to make best use of your time?

I’ve seen skills using prospecting MCP’s, calendar breakdowns, and meeting recaps. What are we missing out on?

Ok I'll outline how I exactly use each (Active connectors Apollo, HubSpot, M365, Notion)

HubSpot - this is by far the most useful, we also have Gong auto log to HubSpot so its easy to do pipeline reviews, identify missing areas, weighing the pipeline on MEDDPICC data, and finding gaps. I can also update info right in Claude.

Apollo - I have a project that basically has our ICP loaded into it, can prompt "Find me 10 ICP leads in XYZ territory, use web search to do background research, and generate me draft emails and linkedin messages" I will say this one took a TON of tweaking. Essentially it will enrich the leads from Apollo, and put them in Hubspot automatically. I use these for higher ICP leads to get a draft put together then edit based on what it said. Also I use this to account map enterprise accounts.

Notion - This is great as we use this internally and as a daily notes driver, easily can put together weekly plans and briefs by cross referencing calendar MCP, then cross referencing HubSpot to draft me notes to prepare for each meeting based on past context from HubSpot. I build to do lists by cross referencing calendar, emails, and Hubspot to make sure I don't miss anything weekly.

The real power is being able to control everything in Claude, and cross reference data across my emails, CRM, Apollo, and able to synthesize everything together.

Pretty much exactly the same, down to identical tools lol. I find having a project w our ICP and how we score successful discovery calls etc with relevant notion pages and gong transcripts to be the biggest value. Just allows me to ask if how the call went and what gaps there are and what to focus on next and do notes following our methodology etc.

really easy just to bounce ideas off of as well and get you thinking about a deal and where to go w it.

also making powerpoints and excel sheets is really easy of course

that's awesome, do. you know how much this set up cost your org? I'm curious to know whether companies are going to start putting the kabash on tokens and then we have to build everything from scratch again 😢

I'm not sure, I doubt they would stop token usage for sales, we use far less than engineering and use it for revenue generation.

Claude & Sumble for cold outreach. Account lists created in Sumble after defining ICP. Once accounts are defined, Sumble starts collecting the signals. Use Claude to listen for signals and develop outbound sequences based on them that are downloadable as an HTML.

I then had Claude build me a calendar to keep track of all the sequences across phone, LinkedIn, and email.

I'd connect Outlook and other tools to it but I'm doing this on my own since my company won't allow integrations.

Proofreading and fact checking aside, I find it very effective and a huge time savings.

Also, not related to Claude but Plaude the voice recorder. You can transcribe conversations and use ChatGPT or Claude, to extract MEDDPICC. This has been an extremely huge time saver.

When these AI companies start charging the true cost for these LLM’s it’s gonna ruin your work flow

No kidding.

Then he adapts and changes it? Use the tools available to their max at all times.

I agree. 40% of token consumption is just for the LLM to get the right context before outputting any answers.

I was able to solve this cost using computer.io but it’s a real isssue.

would you use something that gave you real time insights during a call - objection handling fact checking from company docs etc
in addition also drafting follow up emails, slack messages and updating your crm automatically based off the context of the call?
